The policy of 12 Pins Creative Retreats is to never share your information without your permission. We collect data about the number of visits and length of time spent on the site. However, we only receive your information if you contact us directly. We may use your contact information to inform you of future events, unless you tell us not to.
Terms and Conditions
All are welcome per the policy of 12 Pins Creative Retreats. If for some reason, the retreat will not take place, you will receive a full refund of all deposits and monies paid for your attendance. You must pay the $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration and then complete payment by July 30, 2020. While registration before June 1, 2020 is desired, registrations will be accepted up to the day of the retreat. Under these circumstances, the $500 non-refundable deposit will be due at registration and the balance will be due with 5 days of receiving the invoice or by the date of the retreat, whichever is sooner.
Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot attend the retreat, you may sell or transfer your deposit or full tution to another person. If there is a standby list, your contact information can be shared with them at your request and direction.
